Typically, we ship products within 7 working days after receiving your payment, depending on product availability. The estimated delivery time for your order in most countries is between 15 to 20 days. To keep you informed, we provide tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery for a smooth and timely experience.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
