Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts seven days. If seven days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that your item is not unused and in the same condition you received it. The intended returning item must also be in the original packaging.

Several goods, such as customized EDC products, are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Customized or Personalized Items: Products customized or personalized according to customer specifications are non-refundable. This includes items with engraved names, custom colors, or other personalized features.

    • Products Without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Items Damaged Due to Customer Handling: Products that show signs of damage due to customer mishandling, misuse, or negligence may not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please confirm your shipping address for the returned items before shipping them.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of your refund status.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
